Gwendolyn Ruescher is originally from Vermont and is a graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. During law school, Ms. Ruescher worked with the Colorado Office of the Alternate Defense Counsel, focusing on juvenile representation and advocacy. She also volunteered with Metro Volunteer Lawyers, where she provided direct legal assistance in a variety of civil matters. For her contributions, she was awarded the 2024 Gold Badge for Outstanding Commitment, recognizing over 50 hours of pro bono service.
Ms. Ruescher graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tulsa with a B.S.B.A. in Economics. She was inducted into Omicron Delta Epsilon, the international honor society for economics, which recognizes outstanding academic achievement in the field at the undergraduate level. She was also named to the President’s Honor Roll for six out of eight semesters, an academic recognition awarded to students who achieve a 4.0 GPA, reflecting the highest level of scholastic distinction.
Ms. Ruescher is deeply committed to helping others. She finds fulfillment in providing legal support to individuals facing challenging circumstances, and her work reflects a strong dedication to public service. Through her legal practice and volunteer efforts, she seeks to empower others and make a meaningful, lasting impact on the communities she serves.
Outside of her professional life, Ms. Ruescher enjoys trying new foods, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with loved ones.
