The Delta County Criminal Court is located in the Delta County Courthouse at 501 Palmer Street (southwest corner of Fifth and Palmer Streets) in Delta, Colorado. The court is open Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The court is home to a District Judge, a County Judge, one Magistrate, the Clerk of Court, six Court Judicial Assistants, and one Collections Investigator.   The Delta Office of  the 7th Judicial District Probation Department is located offsite at 540 Columbia Street, Suite B.  Many legal forms can be purchased from the clerk’s office onsite. Additionally, some forms are available on the Court’s website.
