The Otero County Criminal Court is located at the Otero Combined Court building at 13 West Third St. Room 207, La Junta, CO 81050. The Court is open Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The Court accepts e-filings from attorneys and pro-se parties only through its CCE system. Attorneys and unrepresented parties may email pleadings via USPS if a case is not subject to CCE filing. Court appearances are in person and via WEBEX, the remote meeting option.
