Kit Carson County Criminal Court Information

The Kit Carson County Criminal Court is located at 1650 Donelan, Suite 301, Burlington, CO 80807. Visitors are asked to enter through the south door of the courthouse for security reasons. The courthouse is open Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 12 noon and 1:00 pm -4:00 pm. Traffic and misdemeanor cases are heard on the first and third Tuesday of the month.
