The Morgan County Criminal Court is located at the Morgan County Combined Courts location at 400 Warner Street
Fort Morgan, CO 80701.  The Court permits only in-person appearances. unless you obtain an order from the court stating otherwise. The Court no longer permits cells phones or tablets by order of the Morgan County Sheriff. Court hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. For more information, visit the Court’s website.
