Alamosa County, Colorado Criminal Court is responsible for handling all criminal cases that occur within the county. The court has a wide range of responsibilities, from hearing minor traffic violations to more serious felony cases. The court also oversees the county’s probation department and handles all appeals from lower courts. The court is located at 8955 Independence Way Alamosa, CO 81101. The court is open from 9 am until 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Beginning August 8, 2022, the 12th Judicial District Collections Office will be open from 9 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday.
