Archuleta County Criminal Court is a court of limited jurisdiction that hears criminal cases involving felonies, misdemeanors, and traffic offenses. The court also handles juvenile offenders. The combined court is located at the Archuleta County Justice Center, 109 Harman Park Dr Pagosa Springs, Colorado, which is located near Wells Fargo Bank, Colorado. The clerk’s window is open Monday though Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm excluding holidays. The court also offers phone hours Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm excluding holidays.
