The Summit County Criminal Court is located at the Summit County Justice Center 501 N. Park Avenue, Breckenridge, CO 80424. The Court’s mailing address is P.O. Box 269, Breckenridge, CO 80424. The Court is open Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The Clerk’s Office is Closed for a staff meeting from 3:30pm – 5:00pm on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month. The Court handles primarily traffic violations. Because so many people need to see the District Attorney first, it might take three or more hours for your case to be heard.
